VSTSA Review – BG Wealth Scam Reboot?

The good news is they had real people on their website but decided to remove it.

However, they forgot to remove it from their Instagram channel:

They were pretending this guy was there main guy:

vstsa fake team

Nassim Nicholas Taleb is a real guy (Lebanese Professor) but he has absolutely nothing to do with VSTSA. They are just ‘stealing’ identities of real people and using them to pretend they have a real Legit team.

Here is another one:

vstsa stolen identity

David C Blitz is a Dutch Economist who has absolutely nothing to do with this platform. He is just another stolen identity.

Domain Registration:

The domain (vstsa.com) was privately registered on June 26, 2023 but it was parked up until January 11, 2026 when the scammers started using it.

Chinese Scam Code:

You can clearly see the Chinese Scam coding in the source code of their website:

and here in the tabs, they didn’t even try to hide it:

Company Registration:

They are using a Fincen and PTY registrations.

Fincen is worthless and useless since many scammers use it and also it’s not a replacement for SEC Registration (since they are using a California Adress:

vstsa fake address

They are using a random address to a building that has many businesses in it.

They are not on the directory and don’t disclose a suite number.

They are just pretending to be in the USA for legitimacy purposes.

VSTSA International Digital Asset Exchange Ltd:

They claim their internal exchange is registered in the Marshall Islands but since they are using a California address, this is meaningless in respects to Securities Registration.

BG Wealth Sharing Reboot?

Things seem to be taking a down turn for the BG Wealth Sharing Scam.

Since BG Wealth Sharing has received so many fraud warnings from Securities Regulators (BC, Alberta, UK, The Netherlands, Bank of Tonga, Utah, Australia and even a Cease and Desist by the SEC in the Philippines) it has affected their revenue.

Usually scam owners have multiple platforms online to ensure they are always making money.

BG Wealth Sharing (Fake Professor) Stephen Beard Claims VSTSA is Not a BG Company:

With scammers, you can really never know what is going through their corrupt minds.

On one note he could be telling the truth and VSTSA could be a different scam.

And on another note…

It could be the part of the same scam but they don’t want the new scam to affect the old scam.

I personally think that it could very well be the same people who own BG and even LSSC (Lighting Shared Scooter Company and Andes Scooters):

lssc scooter scam

Both Andes and Lighting Shared Scooter Companies were previous Chinese click a button scams that collapsed in 2025 that led to Millions of dollars lost by passive investors.

Here is one of the victims of the LSSC Scooter Scam:

Oliver got ‘recruited’ by his sister, he invested a little, they paid him what he was promised (a small return on a small investment) and he then believed it was real and invested his life savings of $65,000 and lost it.

Investment Plans:

Passive investors are lured in with the promise of easy money using trading signals:

vstsa investment plans

Passive investors deposit crypto for promised returns using copy and paste ‘trading signals’ just like with the BG Scam twice a day.

Minimum deposit is $50 (but this can change at anytime).

Network Marketing Compensation Plan:

They are using a Uni-Level MLM Comp Plan that pays out to a depth of 3 levels deep:

Level 1- 10%

Level 2- 8%

Level 3- 4%

Conclusion:

This is just another click a button Chinese ‘Pig Butchering Scam’ just like BG Wealth Sharing, LSSC and Andes Scooters.

How Does The VSTSA Scam work?

  • Network Marketers recruit family and friends (victims / investors), get them to invest, people invest the minimum to see what will happen
  • Scam owners let them withdraw the small amounts
  • Investor thinks it’s real and some tell others
  • Investor makes larger deposits
  • They log in every day and see numbers on a screen:

They see the numbers getting bigger every day as they do their fake trading using the ‘copy and paste trading signals’.

Many hope it pans out

Once network marketing recruitment dries up like with any other ponzi scheme, VSTSA collapses leaving the majority of passive investor in deep losses.
