BG Wealth Sharing Investment Scam is now being promoted in Brampton and Mississauga Ontario even though there are Investor Fraud Warnings from Canadian Securities Regulators like BC and Alberta.
BG Wealth Sharing Mississauga Event:

The even was held at Palacio Event Centre in Mississauga Ontario (3410 Semenyk Ct, Mississauga, ON L5C 4P8).
The Event was paid for and promoted by MLM Scam Promoters who get paid ‘referral’ commissions to ‘recruit’ random people to invest crypto into the scam.
All of this seems to be happening during a nation wide Police Cyber Crime Investigation by RCMP.
Gagan Sarkaria Was most likely their key MLM Upline as she was a ‘key speaker’:

Gagan Sarkaria is also mentioned in the British Columbia Fraud Warning as the website that was being heavily promoted in that province.
Her website (limitlesscrowd.xyz/bg-wealth-sharing) is now off line.
Gagan Sarkaria is from Lewisville, Texas and could end up being investigated by the FBI and other Government agencies in the US.
So far BG Wealth Sharing Investment Group has received investor fraud warning alerts from: BC, Alberta, UK, New Zealand, Australia. Bank of Tonga and a Cease and Desist order by SEC / Philippines.
How this scam works?
MLM Promoters lure victims in by telling them they can make big money fast by leveraging BG Wealth Sharing ‘fake trading signals’.
They tell the victims that BG was started by a Professor from Oxford Brooks University in the UK.
They claim that these fake signals win at a rate of 99.6% even though the success rate of Real Pro Traders is 50%:

Investors are shown fake numbers on an app:

BG allows them to withdraw some small amounts of their own money to get them to ‘believe’ it’s real and legit.
Some of these people bring in their family and friends for ‘referral’ income.
The big $$$ doesn’t exist.
As the money gets deposited by investors, the scam owners take the biggest cut and then give a smaller amount to the mlm promoter (scam distributor).
The money is ‘already’ spent!
Once BG Wealth Sharing Network Marketing recruitment dries up, it will see a collapse that will reveal to all the investors that it was a scam all along.
This collapse will leave the majority of passive investors in deep losses just like with any other ponzi scheme.
