Swift Wave The Company:
They are going by a few different names:
Swift Wave
Swift Wave Capital
Swift Wave Capital Investment Group
John Williams The Founder:
They claim that this guy (ai image) is their founder:

According to them…
graduated from Stanford Graduate School of Business (Stanford GSB), majoring in Financial Engineering and Quantitative Finance. He previously worked as a Senior Strategy Analyst at a top fintech company in Silicon Valley, deeply involved in trading algorithm design and global market structure optimization.
The problem?
There is no proof that any of that is true.
John Williams is a ‘fictional’ character and does not exist outside of Swift Wave.
At least with the other scam (BG Wealth Sharing) they hired a paid actor to pretend to be Professor:

The BG Scam had a paid actor calling himself Steve Beard for Network Marketers to do zoom meeting with.
More Questionable Claims…
Founded in 2020, Swift Wave Investment Group originated in Silicon Valley, USA, and has grown within a global environment shaped by fintech innovation and quantitative trading principles
This is where it gets even more confusing.
Is it founded in USA or London?
On one of their associated tiktok channels, they claim they were founded in London:

VC Exchange:

Just like with BG Wealth Sharing Investment Group, these guys at Swift Wave have their own ‘fake’ exchange.
Canadian Incorporation:
On one of their websites, they are showing a Canadian Incorporation with a different name:

Domain Registration:
Their domain (sw003.com) was privately registered on January 15, 2026 and is set to expire in 2027.
I am unsure if they have more domains but usually platforms like this have multiple ones.
Chinese Click A Button Scam?
You can clearly see the Chinese Coding in their source code of their website:

Swift Wave Capital / VC Exchange Investment Plan:
Just like BG Wealth Sharing, these guys are offering fake trading signals but “3” times per day where investors can copy and paste the fake trading signals into the VC Exchange to see ‘simulated’ earnings daily:

They claim that their regular members capital doubles in 33 days.
They claim that their active members (those who recruit others) double in 20 days.
MLM / Network Marketing Compensation Plan:
They are using a Uni-Level compensation plan that pays to a depth of 9 levels deep.
There is a huge emphasis on network marketing recruitment to get keep getting new investment into this scheme.

Conclusion:
This is another Chinese Click a Button Scam App just like BG Wealth Sharing:
Fake Professor / Scholar (John Williams is a big fake)
Fake Exchange
Fake Trading Signals
Not Registered Legally
Ridiculous Returns
Network Marketing is the ONLY Revenue!
Once Network Marketing recruitment dries up, Swift Wave Capital Investment Group will collapse leaving the majority of passive income investors in deep losses (just like with any other ponzi scheme).
