Aintuition Review – Sports Betting AI Tech Scam?

AI Betting, Gambling and Gaming Ponzi Scheme promising crypto currency enthusiasts 2 – 5% Daily returns?

Legit or Big Scam?

Let’s find out…

Aintuition The Company:

They claim this guy in a marketing video is named German Vernons who is a Canadian National residing in the UK.

aintuition ceo german vernons

This guy sounds more like Russian or Ukrainian than Canadian.

The Marketing Videos on their Official Youtube Channel have an ‘anonymous’ guy:

Mr Klaus also has a Russian or Ukrainian accent.

Team Zoom Scam Meeting with Tom Yatar:

Tom “The Furry Hat Guy” used to market and promote Legitimate affiliate programs but I guess he is now into the MLM Underbelly of Crypto.

Domain Registration:

Their domain (aintuition.io) was privately registered on All Fools Day (April 1st, 2025) and set to expire in 2027.

Top Traffic:

Aintuition License and Registration:

aintuition.io corporations registration

This registration is where things get even more confusing.

The image on their website is showing an image of an ASIC Registration Certificate from Australia but the link goes to an Canadian Incorporation number.

Then there’s the issue of the address on their certificate:

They claim to be located at 130 King St W Toronto ON M5X 2A2

This address they are using is a random office tower that doesn’t tell you what Suite they are in.

This leads me to believe they are not here in Canada at all.

These guys used a random address (where they aren’t) and somehow used it to register with Corporations Canada.

Nowadays Corporations Canada and US LLC’s seem to be as much as a joke as a UK Companies House Certificate.

Anyhow, fake corporation in Canada does not equal to an Ontario Securities Registration.

These guys are NOT Registered with who they need to register with…

Aintuition Investment Plans:

Investors are promised daily returns for the donation of their crypto based on 5 packages:

aintuition.io investment plans
aintuition.io investment plans

MLM / Network Marketing Compensation Plan:

They are using a Uni-Level Comp Plan that pays out to a depth of 30 Levels Deep.

Level 1- 5%

Level 2- 2%

Level 3- 1%

Level 4- 1%

Level 5- 1%

Basically network marketers are rewarded ‘referral’ commissions based on how much they invest and how high their down line investment volume is.

It’s free to join as a Follower Promoter but in order to rise up the ranks (before this collapses) the more a promoter invests and gets others to invest, the more they can make.

Conclusion:

This is a ridiculous idea.

Let’s see what we have so far:

  • Not Canadian Company
  • Fake Address
  • Not Registered with OSC Regulator
  • Website registration date is All Fools Day
  • Two guys with strong Russian accents, one of them pretending to be a Canadian in England and the other is an ‘anonymous’ guy hiding his identity called Klaus

What could go wrong?

They pretend to be registered legally in Ontario, Canada but are most likely operating out of Russia or The Ukraine.

They also claim…

Our AI system uses machine learning and large-scale data analysis techniques to identify patterns in casino operations and can predict sports outcomes as accurately as possible. Our goal is to maintain a high level of system efficiency and stay one step ahead in both the world of gambling and sports betting.

But sadly there is no proof of this.

The ONLY revenue comes from the Network Marketers going out and recruiting people to invest their crypto in this scheme.

You guys who are investing in these scam projects are the Revenue!

How Does The Scam Work?

  • Network Marketers round up Investors.
  • They allow you to withdraw from the small investment plan above ($10 – $50) and pay you what is promised (3% daily) for 12 days.
  • This turns out to be $18 in profit (plus the principal return of $50) = $68.
  • Random Investor gets a little of their own money back.
  • They start jumping for joy.
  • Some make testimonials on Trustpilot on the Legitimacy of this system
  • They invest larger amounts
  • Some will recruit family and friends.

Then they are shown Numbers on a Screen (big money that is accruing daily) and believe they are getting rich very fast!

Eventually once they figure they can’t get any of the big money out, they strike it up as a learning experience and some go looking for another ponzi.

Once Network Marketing Recruitment dries up, Aintution Will collapse leaving the majority of passive investors in deep losses.
