BG Wealth Sharing has been getting a lot of fraud warnings from Securities Regulators and now they have gotten one from the infamous ASIC in Australia

WARNING! Be wary of dealing with this business as it is unlicensed in Australia.
This entity may be offering or advertising, or may have offered or advertised, financial services to Australian consumers. It does not hold an Australian financial services license or Australian credit license from ASIC, and is not authorized by a licensee. Almost all providers of financial services in Australia must be licensed by ASIC.
Trade With Nick?
There are a bunch of Nick the Traders on Social Media.
And the domain (tradewithnick.com) has been disabled.
Nick is doing some funky business.
According to internet archives (way back machine), trade with Nick has been around since 2023:
But now when you do a who is search on that domain it says registered on December 11, 2025.
What did Nick do?
BG Wealth Sharing has been promoting on so many different domains.
In this case of Nick and Australia, it seems that Nick was promoting to the people in Australia and enough people complained to the ASIC Securities Regulator.
On another note, BG Wealth Sharing did have an ASIC certificate on one of their websites:
But now after looking into this matter more, it appears to be just an Incorporation number 684 574 310 (DSJ Exchange) PTY Limited Company.
BG Wealth Sharing and DSJ Exchange are not registered with ASIC for Securities Offerings (still not legal to offer ROI to the public).
Once they start getting more of these fraud warning investor alerts from other jurisdictions, BG Wealth Sharing new potential investors will get scared off and this will starve the platform of new investment.
