So far while doing this review of BG Wealth Sharing Investment Group, we are not starting off on a good foot.
According to them, they are the World’s Largest Hedge Fund:

According to Google and Wikipedia, the world’s largest hedge fund is Bridgewater Associates (not bg wealth).
The only names that seem to be tied to them is Stephen Beard and his assistant Elena.
According to them…
BG Wealth Sharing Investment Group was founded by Stephen Beard in 2018 on behalf of the International Monetary Fund to participate in the creation of Investing’s subsidiary.
Unfortunately their is no verifiable information on this ‘self proclaimed’ Professor:

They even go on to claim…
About Stephen Beard
Stephen Beard, born in 1985, is a British national with a strong interest in fitness, boxing, swimming, traveling, and golf. Stephen Beard majored in Finance at Oxford Brookes University, where he completed one of the university’s well-regarded finance programs.
The problem?
There is no proof of any of this.
This guy looks like a paid actor pretending to be CEO of BG Wealth.
**The same idea was used back in 2021 with another investment scam called The Hyperverse / Hyperfund. They had a an actor named Stephan Harrison who played Hyperverse’s fake CEO – Stephen Reece.

Sadly he (Stephen Beard just like Stephen Reece) does not exist outside BG Wealth Sharing.
Anytime you have crypto, and investment opportunity and a professor, you are dealing with a scam.
It’s clear as day that this is a fake made up fictional identity but some of their die hard investors still don’t get it…

I am unsure if these people who are claiming that Stephen Beard is a real person and professor of Crypto really believe he is real or if they are just pretending.
Some affiliates of this investment scam are arguing legitimacy so that their ‘potential’ victims will invest while some people are just gullible and believe what they want to believe.
Many are arguing that they have done live zooms with ole Stephen and his real:

Lol, lol, lol!!!
This is some really funny stuff!
BG Wealth Sharing Domains:
So far they have used:
bggp.vip (off line) – Private Registration – November 30th, 2024
Dsjex.net (off line) – Private Registered on August 27, 2024 (exp 2028)
(dsjex.net) flagged by Cloudflare for Phishing:

dsjzn.com – (off line) Private Registered on August 30th, 2025
dsjlc.com – (off line) private registration on August 30th, 2025
It appears that the admins behind this investment scam are ‘abandoning’ domains like they are (hopefully changing their underwear often due to veering away from ‘negative’ attention.
After they got lit up by the UK Financial Authority (UK FCA Securities Regulators) issued an Investors Fraud Warning Alert back in July 2025:

Many investors have seen the red flags but are still investing out of greed.
Stephen Beard and Elena have stopped using Telegram and now are on Bonchat.

BG Wealth Sharing LTD (US Securities Commission SEC) Registration:
In a bid to appear to be legit in the USA for offering an investment opportunity to the public, BG Wealth Sharing scammers are displaying a certificate on their websites:

Sadly this thing looks like something a kid could create with crayons.
But after doing more due diligence and research, BG Wealth Sharing LTD did actually ‘apply’ to the SEC but with an ‘Exemption’ (Form D) here:

So in truth they did apply to the SEC but are claiming that they are ‘exempt’ from offering a Securities.
But sadly what they are offering to the public is a Securities Offering (monetary returns on investments).
In truth the SEC hasn’t even audited or reviewed them (see the notice in red claiming they are not currently registered above).
And it gets worse…
The address they applied with (1312 17th Street, Suite 600, Denver, CO 80202):

They are using Postnet’s address in Denver Colorado.
Postnet can be used to offer ‘virtual office addresses’.
Australian Securities Registration:
In more desperate attempts, scammers have registered with the ASIC Regulator fully:

Yes they are registered with the ASIC!
This is meaningless!
Why?
Hyperverse (a similar scam that stole Billions from investors and collapsed in 2022 was registered with the ASIC.
And…
Another scam called Beurax:

That used a pretty Russian actor who played the CMO (Susan Pope) was really Ksenia Berelet.
Beurax was also allowed to register with the ASIC Securities Regulator.
What was alarming was that after Beurax collapsed and exit scammed on investors in March 2021, ASIC issued an investors fraud warning alert.

ASIC is a joke!
They allowed 2 scams (maybe more) to register with them and went on to say…
Company registration is a not a guarantee
Beurax is a registered company. Company registration does not mean a business is viable or that a business model is sound.
Information about what to consider before investing is available on ASIC’s Moneysmart website.
What to do if you invested with Beurax
ASIC is warning consumers against dealing with Beurax. Do not transfer further funds to this entity – even if it is to ‘withdraw funds’.
BG Wealth Sharing Trading Signals:
The hook behind this scam are highly successful trading signals (so they claim) that has a success rate of 99%.

Anyone who knows anything about trading knows that NO ONE can claim to win all the time!
Their trading signals are bull shit!
BG Wealth Sharing Investment Plans:

They are offering 1.3% daily and show ‘predicted’ income if funds deposited by investors are left in BG Wealth and DSJ Exchange.
What it looks like based on the numbers above is they are claiming (or promising) that your money will thousand X after a term of 18 months.
The problem with this idea?
These guys don’t have any proof of trading.
These guys can not create a 99.6% win rating.
So if they are not trading and none of the investors are trading, where the heck does the money come from (revenue) to pay investors?
It comes from their network marketing compensation plan.
BG Wealth Sharing MLM Compensation Plan:

Their is a huge emphasis being placed on network marketing recruitment.
Since there is no proof of any trading being done or any proof that these guys have trading signals that actually work, ALL of the Revenue is being created by network marketers recruiting investors into the scheme.
**The Investors are the Revenue!
Basically this revenue creation process robs Peter to pay Paul.
How Does The BG Wealth Sharing Scam Work?
1- Gullible people invest believing that they can thousand times their investment in 18 months.
2- Investors are shown ‘proof’ that they are making big money by displaying big dollar amounts on their app every time they log in:

3- They are allowed to make small withdrawals in the beginning (costing them a 20% withdrawal fee) to get them to start believing that this scam is legit.
4- X Amount of these investors will find more money and invest it hoping that this thing pans out.
5- Once network marketing recruitment dries up, it triggers a collapse (rug pull) that leaves the majority of investors in deep losses just like with any ponzi scheme.
This is known as a ‘Pig Butchering Scam’.
Conclusion:
I don’t recommend anyone deposit in BG Wealth Sharing Investment Group and the DSJ Exchange.
Why?
Too many red flags:

1- Unrealistic promises (who the heck can promise that your deposit will increase 1000 X times in 18 months)?
2- They already got a fraud warning from the UK FCA and the Bank of Tongo declaring to the public that this is a fraudulent investment scheme.
3- All Revenue to pay investors comes from network marketing recruitment.
4- According to search engines, some people are claiming that they have experienced withdrawal issues.
My Prediction:
Just like with any other ponzi scheme that I have reviewed (I reviewed over 2000 so far), BG Wealth and the DSJ Exchange will in collapse (rug pull) leaving the majority of its investors in deep losses!
