The named CEO is Oliver Hogan:
Unfortunately there is no information on the internet outside of Welbit to verify this guys identity.
He sounds like a European guy based off of his accent on their marketing video.
He is a paid actor reading off of a script.
Welbit is showing a certificate of an incorporated company on their website:
I am unsure if this is a legit incorporation and didn’t check because a numbered company is not a replacement for ‘Securities Registration’.
Welbit is not registered with the Ontario Securities Commission.
They are showing a Toronto Address on their website:
Unfortunately they have not listed their suite number in this office tower full of other companies.
In truth these guys are not their since I can not find them on the directory.
Most likely they are not even in Canada physically.
Their domain: (welbit.com) was created back in November 14, 2011 and is private.
It appears that they purchased this old domain but only started using it in November of 2025.
Welbit Investment Plans:
They claim to have:
- Spot Trading
- Crypto Staking
- Margin Trading
- Futures Trading
They are not showing any Proof of these things.
Welbit is promising daily profits of 0.5% to 2.5%
Minimum investment is $50
Maximum investment is $500K
MLM Compensation Plan:
They are paying out referral income using a network marketing unilevel compensation plan
Conclusion:
I don’t recommend Welbit.
Why?
Too many red flags:
1- Anonymous Owners
2- Fake CEO
3- Fake Address
4- Not Registered with OSC Securities Regulator in Ontario, Canada
5- Unsustainable Returns
If these guys could actually make up to 2.5% daily, why would they need a network marketing compensation plan?
Once Network Marketing dries up, this illegal scheme will collapse leaving the majority of investors in deep losses.
